Stylish 3BR Flat in the Heart of Soho London

Location is excellent. Really great coffee shop literally next door. Great retail shops, big and small, all around and a plethora of pubs and restaurants.

Vague cleaning instructions, especially with where to leave the trash. Still being cleaned when we arrived and we arrived very late. Keys had to be picked up at a store a few blocks away and we were given the wrong code.

This is a stylish flat in an absolutely fabulous location. The arrangement for picking up the keys was quick and easy. The flat was well equipped with everything you might reasonably want. Communication with the host was good.

I was charged a cleaning fee that more than doubled the cost and this came as a nasty shock. When I came to pay, I assumed that the enormous figure labeled "cleaning fee" must have referred to the total cost (including cleaning) but I was wrong and found I had paid over £400 instead of the £200 odd pounds I was expecting. The host (who responded promptly refused a refund saying that it was all clear from the description. However it was not clear and I felt cheated. I note that the webpage has now been changed to quote, correctly, the total price so these negative comments should not put off future guests. The location and facilities of the flat are so good that the full price, though more than I was expecting, is not unreasonable.
