Location and size of flat were great
Sofa bed was broken and mattress was dirty. My teenage son had to sleep on the couch.

ראשית החברה המנהלת מדהימה, זמינה ועוזרת בכל נושא. הדירה מושלמת, כמו בתמונות בדיוק. נקייה בצורה חריגה, ממוזגת חדרים וסלון, מאובזרת כולל טבליות מדיח ואבקת כביסה, מיקום מעולה במרכז הסצנה, סמטה קטנה ושקטה אך מוארת ובטוחה. יש שמירת חפצים 20 מטר מהדירה אם צריכים.
יש לא מעט מדרגות מהרחוב עד הדירה ואחכ גם לקומת חדרי השינה. אופייני ללונדון ובכלל כשבקצה המדרגות מחכה חדר שינה נקי וממוזג......עדיין ציון 10.

Spacious and clean. Great location. Good communication.
We were only issued one set of keys for 4 adults. I message them and they arranged for me to go and collect another set.
