Great location along Oxford Street but also not too noisy. Heating worked well, bathroom was a nice size and space was comfortable for two people
The washing machine didn’t work. The door didn’t shut properly which was fixed after messaging the staff, but it still didn’t work after that. A little disappointing as we had to wash everything by hand. The television also only worked sometimes.

the location is perfect, the apartments well equipped and cozy and quiet.
No view from the window, and there where construction works in the building.

Location for the one who is looking for shopping is desirable. Next to metro stations , we even walked to Big Ben.
Staying for night or 2 will be definitely worth but 3or more nights is a little challenging .But we were with 2kids so maybe those without kids wouldn’t agree.
