Was lovely - thank you!

The property was absolutely lovely, comfortable, modern, clean and lots of space. The location was perfect, and even though it’s so close to the beach, it wasn’t noisy at all. Will definitely be staying again. Really good communication from the owners, they answered any questions we had and quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect stay, throughly enjoyed the property and location.

Really lovely property with a beautiful location. Really beautifully decorated, really well thought out. We had some trouble finding the property and parking but the hosts were so helpful, they even done a video call to help us find it better.

I wouldn’t say there was anything we didn’t like. What would be slightly better but wasn’t an issue was it was very windy the evening we stayed and the lounge window whistled but this was easily covered up by the sound of the tv, and the tv was a little on the smaller side but no issues. Would definitely love to stay again.

Location was superb and inside was immaculate and extremely comfortable. Perfect for us.

Parking was scary (tight space) but there is ample parking surrounding it so we were comfortable. But still - they are providing parking close to the beach where most others wouldn’t - and it could just be us being nervous with a new car.

Fabulous location with Seaview, spacious apartment, a cute little balcony and a mix of old and new decor. Lovely high ceilings and large windows

Although my stay was in the autumn, the apartment was very cold, radiators were present but guests are unable to switch on/off as required. There was an additional blanket as well as the quilt which was much needed. The entrance to the flat is at the back which is dark and uninviting but once inside the view from the front makes up for it.

A little Gem

Location was excellent literally a few paces from the seafront and pier Restaurants and bars,fish & chip shop again within easy walking distance Added bonus of private parking space The flat was well equipped everything you need it was welcoming on arrival. It was middle of October bit chilly so the heating had been put on to make it warm and inviting. Very clean and tidy The small balcony was great to sit and have coffee or a glass of wine and watch the sea and people pass by. All in all was a gem of a place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return .

Light on stairs didn’t work on first night. Very dark. Seating cushions on sofa need replacing. Shower in bath good but no rail to help anyone disabled to get in and out.

A nice stay.

The location was lovely with the sea view.Lovely layout.

The steep concrete steps and having to walk around the property from the car. A strange smell in the small bedroom probably damp. Could have been a bit cleaner. The fridge had no light and wasn’t clean. Stain on the double sheet. Inside of bin lid dirty and bottom of bin when we took out the bin liner. Overall happy just needs a little TLC .

Comfy home

Fab location within walking distance of all facilities we planned to see, and that's with my elderly mum. Beds comfy, lovely shower, simply a comfortable and clean home.

The bath would of been more accessible with a handle to get in and out, again elderly mum found that a challenge without.

Lovely stay and look forward to staying again!

Great location right on the sea front and just a 5 minute walk from Felixstowe High St. The property was clean and comfy furnishings, including a comfortable mattress. All the facilities we needed for our stay were already there and couldn't have asked for anything else. Free parking outside the property is also really convenient and an added bonus.

The outside is deceiving, especially around the back of the property, - never "judge a book by its cover.".

relaxing break by the sea

Excellent location - lots of places to eat close by and very close to pier/sea front. Clean and tidy, small balcony, small allocated parking space: great to know wouldn't have to find somewhere to park if we went out anywhere. Nice sea breeze through property during heatwave!

Hard to think of anything! However if we have to find something it would be - maybe net curtains in bathroom and bedroom for privacy as very overlooked, then wouldn't need to close curtains/pull blind down to get changed/use bathroom.

Good value for money and well presented accommodation..

Lovely clean and comfortable flat. Very well equipped. Good view of the sea from both sitting room and single bedroom. Would definitely return again.

Having to carry luggage round to back of building and entryway was a little off putting when we first arrived but realise thats beyond the owners control.

Everything you need for a short break.

Great location for the sea front and walking into the town. The accommodation was very well maintained and very clean. I really liked the bath; great size and plenty of hot water. The kitchen had everything we needed and was easy to use.

The fair was on at the time of stay and was located on the grass across the road and spoiled the amazing views. But this is not the properties fault at all.

♥️ Lovely place ☀️

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Felixstowe. Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft, man kann die Stadt bequem zu Fuß erkunden, hat Restaurants und einen Supermarkt in der Nähe sowie einen eigenen Parkplatz. Wir hatten dazu noch fantastisches Wetter, was unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht hat. Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in England und wir hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft wünschen können. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
