Was a last minute booking and it played off great little flat with everything you could need very nice and clear instruc

Comfortable, peaceful, relaxing

The whole place was very clean and beautifully decorated, so comfortable it was just all in an amazing place to stay I would definitely recommend this apartment as I will be booking it again in the future

Clean well equipped flat in a quiet location. The instructions to locate it and to get in were very clear.

Easy to book last minute after a very long journey. Easy to find with great instructions for locating door/lights/key code etc Good size flat, has everything you could need for a stop over or a few days stay. Shop below handy for any little bits. Free parking was ideal. Nice touches like lighting, charging bedside tables, vanity mirrors, fans, tv in each room, seating outside for smokers/vapers etc

Small double beds and mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but slept fine.

On the whole value for money but a couple of issues really need addressing.k

The flat was aesthetically pleasing to the eye on arrival .Wall mounted tvs ,smart fans ,funky light fittings, comfy bed One fan didn’t work and the owners were quick to respond and asked if we wanted a replacement but I said it was ok

Despite being aesthetically pleasing to the eye there was several issues I found .I am a housekeeper and found cobwebs in the corner of the bedroom and also in the lounge on the corner above the table ..When I showered I ended up with the water over my feet ….it runs away very slowly and the same with the sink .The extraction fan was dirty .It was a shame there wasn’t a choice of pillows …I found them far too fat for me ,I ended up with a cover out of the drawer and a couple of towels over it .Also it states on the advert 2 double beds , not small doubles .That was quite an issue for me .

Said chic, failed to tell us it was on the top of shops, couldn’t find the place, very noisy, woken up by shop owner at 0600 It did have everything we needed

Exceptional

I really enjoyed the stay, the host was really good and ensured we had an enjoyable stay. We had a slight WiFi issue which after messaging the host, it was rectified within 30 mins. The location is great as there are some shops that can accommodate for food and drink and it is only 8 mins away from Felixstowe beach.
