Also könnten wir 12 Punkte vergeben, würden wir es hier zum ersten Mal tun. Als wir in unsere gebuchte Unterkunft angekommen waren, hatten wir Probleme mit dem Tür-Code. Die Tür ging nicht auf. Wir haben sofort den Vermieter kontaktiert. Dieser wurde sofort tätig und hat versucht das Problem schnellstmöglich zu beheben. Per Fernschaltung ging die Tür zwar auf, konnte aber nicht wieder verschlossen werden. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider fehlte das zweite SZ wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt. Innerhalb von einer Stunde hat man uns eine neue Unterkunft zugewiesen. Ein wunderschönes Haus in ganz toller Lage. Nur 3 Blocks vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt. So einen professionellen Service haben wir in unserer 20tägigen Rundreise noch nicht erlebt. Es war unkompliziert, freundlich und bemüht mit dem Blick auf den Urlauber. Man wollte uns einen tollen Aufenthalt ermöglichen. Das haben sie zu 150%.
