Enjoy the slower, `beach life` pace at this centrally-located, sea-side retreat. Just one block from beach access, this unit is right in the center of anything you could want. Take a leisurely stroll across the street to enjoy a walk in the surf. Enjoy a relaxing bike ride less than 2 blocks to many popular restaurants, and half a mile from all the happenings of Jacksonville Beach Pier. If you are looking for golf or a day at the spa, you are only a 10 minute ride away from Ponte Vedra Beach.
Relax into this adorable efficiency unit that is one part of a bigger building - we own all units. You will have private free parking in front of the building, and a short walk around the corner to the stairs. Start unwind immediately - this is fully prepared with linens and a dresser to store clothing. The cozy conversation area with club chairs is perfect for sharing a bottle of wine, enjoying a meal prepared in the fully stocked kitchen, or playing a game after a long day in the sun.
The entire efficiency apartment, the side patio with table and chairs, and outdoor shower. Jacksonville Beach is a wonderful place year round for families and single travelers alike. This location is bikable and walkable to the beach, the pier, restaurants, bars, beach shops etc. The Jacksonville Beach Seawalk Pavilion is less than 2 blocks away with a large grounds space and outdoor amphitheater, so events and fun festivals are always an option the majority of the year. Oktoberfest, 90`s music festivals, Deck the Chairs Christmas festival and lights show, the list is extensive! For grocery options, you have Publix within a couple blocks, Whole Foods just a mile away, and many Wine/Liquor stores available as well. Free Parking for 2 cars on the premises. Walk, Ride Bicycles, Uber, Short Drives all available.
IMPORTANT: The immediate access to the beach is being completely renovated, however, you can walk a few extra steps to the next access which is about a block for access.
PETS: We warmly welcome 4 legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don`t like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $100 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviews our following guidelines and agree to them. Maximum allowed is 2 dogs under
20 lbs. or 1 dog under 40 lbs. If you have a dog larger than this size, feel free to ask us for an exception but we must approve it. There is a $150.00 fee for dogs over 40lbs that are accepted. Breed and age are needed and they must be on a current flea/tick protocol. NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs. Must be completely house trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.
Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. In the event of a cancellation where a refund is due per the cancellation policy, funds will be reimbursed less the Stripe processing fees.

MULTIPLE PROPERTY OPTION: We do have other units in the building that are 2 and 3 bedrooms. You are also welcome and encouraged to book any combination of units together if you need more space or traveling with multiple groups - so if you are booking one of the other units and this one is available, you are welcome to add it on for any number of nights, and vice versa.. Just reach out and I am happy to try and accommodate your needs.

We gladly offer additional services to help make your arrival as relaxing as possible, or to highlight a special celebration or milestone you might be celebrating. Please inquire about availability and additional pricing for the following: Grocery delivery and stock - Send us a list and we can acquire the needed items for you and have them put away by the time you arrive, so you can start the relaxation immediately! Decor for special celebration or occasion, such as Bachelorette weekend, Babymoon, Honeymoon, Anniversary, or any other special time. Daily linen turndown and bathroom refresh These services are gladly provided when requested in advance. Fee will depend on number of guests, scope of needs, and length of stay. We gladly allow small dogs in this unit, a maximum of 2 dogs under 10 lbs, or 1 dog under 20 lbs. If you are bringing pets with you, please add their breed and age in your intro message, and prepare to show proof of current vaccination.
Smoking of any type is NOT allowed in property. $500.00 fee will be charged if smoking is found to have occurred inside unit.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how cute the furnishings were and how clean everything was both are very important of me. If I had any questions about restaurants or anything, she was right there to answer everything for me and was just very sweet. It’s a very, very nice place to stay and very close to Mayo if you need that which is why I was there.

The apartment was very clean and well organized. The location is good and parking is easy. The host was very easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay.

Audrey was amazing to work with and answered all my questions. The space was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was very comfortable and soft. A huge plus for the two of us. Pillows were comfortable as well. She had all the tools one would need in the kitchen, we only used plates and the Keurig. It is close to food and coffee shops, not walkable but driving is easy. The beach is walkable with its own access which is nice with the shower outside to rinse feet was great. We will be back!
