Camera silenziosa e molto pulita, posizione ideale per chi ha bisogno di stare vicino alle strutture ospedaliere.

Struttura con troppe limitazioni a cominciare dai vari obblighi scritti in grande all’interno della casa: non vedo per quale ragioni si dovrebbe limitare la presenza di esterni nella camera se questi non soggiornano nella stessa. Considerato la grandezza della struttura, si poteva prevedere una zona fumatori inoltre, la ridondanza degli avvisi scritti di video sorveglianza (come di altre limitazioni regole) mi è parsa eccessiva.

Located at the beginning of the Centre - but you have to go up to reach most of the spots - better to use the car.
It was clean and als got cleaned every day.
Bed was not so comfortable, but room was all in all totally ok.
Parking around the corner was good.
There are 4 rooms directly next to each other and the walls had been very badly soundproofed.
Could have been a bit cheaper.

The major advantage of this room is its location near the ARST station and the hospitals.
The room was adequate, though the bed wasn’t very comfortable for me. A practical issue was that one electrical socket near the bed didn’t work.
It’s important to note that while cleaning is listed as daily and the cleaner was pleasant, this service only included making the bed and emptying the bin. More cleaning, such as the bathroom and floors, was not performed during my stay.
Overall, this is a functional choice if you need a well-located base and prioritise practicality.
