The owner of the B&B is very friendly and helpful. Also the room itself is very clean and taken care off with love.
The location is ideal to visit the places in Sassari itself.
The breakfast is advertised on the Internet to be excellent however arriving there we were told that breakfast would only be eaten in the room and all with pre-packed stuff - basically 0 choice - due to COVID. That would be perfectly ok with us IF advertised correctly and informed but it makes a huge different as personally it not see this as "breakfast included".
On the page free parking lots are advertised. Thats correct but as these are free public public parking lots there are always full so no chance really to find one especially not in summer.
Lastly the B&B is located in what previously was a regular flat, i.e the isolation is not great and you can hear every movement of the other guests.
