The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The location is very convenient. Close to the subway and a store with a good selection of groceries. WiFi connection was good and stable
Only one bed was prepared for 3 guests with 2 pillows and 2 small blankets. The extra pillows and blankets were in a small dirty room in a plastic bag. They were filthy and smelly. We were squeamish about using them for the 3rd guest and shared 2 small blankets for 3 people. The rooms were freezing when it was -2 outside. Even though the radiators were hot. The air conditioning in both rooms was blowing cold. The floor was very cold too, so it was very uncomfortable to be there without slippers

Overpriced, hot, and disappointing.
The location of this property was easy to get to from the train. There was a little picnic area outside for residents.
We stayed in the basement of the property. There were exposed pipes throughout that radiated heat and the whole of the apartment was sweltering. We had to leave windows open all night in order to be cool enough to sleep, but that meant we were bit by mosquitoes. There was little privacy with the windows being opened as other residents walked right in front of them to enter the building.

L'appartement est très bien situé. Lit confortable. L'échange avec le service client pendant mon séjour était correct, ils répondaient très rapidement. Une fois le séjour terminé, c'était bien plus difficile avoir une réponse.
Même si l’annonce précise que l’appartement est situé au sous-sol, je ne m’attendais pas à être accueillie dès mon arrivée par une forte odeur d’humidité et de moisi. Après la première nuit, j’ai contacté le service client car le ventilateur/déshumidificateur de la chambre faisait énormément de bruit, au point de rendre le sommeil impossible. Je voulais simplement savoir comment l’éteindre pendant la nuit. Le service client m’a répondu rapidement et m’a expliqué la procédure. Une fois le ventilateur éteint puis rallumé, une odeur de moisissure insupportable et très intense s’est répandue dans toute la chambre. En vérifiant l’appareil, j’ai découvert qu’il était rempli de moisissure. Le deuxième ventilateur, situé dans le salon, était lui aussi extrêmement sale et moisi. J’ai de nouveau contacté le service client, qui m’a assuré que quelqu’un passerait nettoyer, mais personne n’est venu durant tout mon séjour. À cela s’ajoutent l’état du canapé — sale, taché (j’ai heureusement trouvé un drap pour le couvrir et pouvoir m’y asseoir) — ainsi que l’escargot que j’ai découvert derrière la télévision. Sans compter le rideau de douche, jauni et vraiment répugnant, que j’ai malheureusement oublié de photographier. Je me suis plaint de ces conditions clairement insalubres et potentiellement dangereuses pour la santé des clients. En réponse, on m’a accordé un remboursement de seulement 10 % du prix total, soit 50 € sur un séjour de 500 € (4 nuits). C’est tout simplement honteux. Enfin, après mon séjour, j’ai demandé la facture : j’ai dû renouveler ma demande à cinq reprises, et le service client a mis plus de dix jours pour me l’envoyer.

Tutto L’appartamento si trovata ad un piano seminterrato, mentre su Booking si parlava di un piano terra. Avevamo prenotato per tre adulti, ma in realtà vi era solo un letto matrimoniale, quindi abbiamo dovuto dormire tre in un letto, perché l’unico divano presente non era adibito a letto, inoltre era sporco.

Boa localização, cave com os mínimos suficientes para uma boa estadia.
Localização, tranquilidade do bairro, bons acessos (ao lado do metro).
À chegada a casa estava demasiado quente (com todos os aquecedores ligados) e junto com o cheiro de limpeza e o facto de ser numa cave, faziam um cheiro muito intenso. Não é explícito que estamos a comprar estadia numa cave, inclusive nas instruções de check in com as chaves diziam ground floor, o que nos levou a tentar abrir a porta errada.
