Exclusive Waterfront Apartment 12 Floor

Het is zeer ruim bevoorraad. Op loopafstand van openbaar vervoer. Op loopafstand van de supermarkt. Gratis parkeren. En het contact met de eigenaar is top! We hebben het als een hele fijne plek ervaren. Mijn complimenten!

Location is almost perfect. Walkable to so much in a very walkable city. The slight downside (and likely coincidental) was the noise from the weekend celebrations of graduates and World Cup watchers. The unusual heat meant keeping windows and doors open for air, so all the people were noticeable. Although! The view is awesome! Looking out over the harbor is amazing and satisfying. The views from the roof (only one floor up because it’s already so high) is fantastic. Easy access to shopping, harbor water bus, metro, etc

As noted, a bit noisy from celebrations, but not terrible.

Apartment location is perfect with the harbour water bus terminal right outside. Metro is close, loads of mini supermarkets close by and what a view from the apartments TWO balconies. Apartment itself is perfectly laid out with a lovely breeze flowing through it. Amenities in the apartment were ideal for our 6 day stay allowing us to cook meals easily saving money on eating out which is great but expensive. Highly recommend this apartment and William was a wonderful host, always available to answer our questions.
