Overall very nice stay
Location is great. The view is amazing.
The kitchen and utensils are terrible, although it would not cost much to have at least minimally functional equipment. Overall the place would benefit of some maintenance. A bit loud at night but that comes with the location.

Cute & Nice location, company staff and service was almost a 0/10.
Right smack in the middle of Chamonix. Very cute property looking directly at Mont Blanc.
After a long travel day we showed up at 9pm and there was no toilet paper with no grocery stores open. I called 4 different #’s and no answer. The booking.com message app connected to staff who promptly asked me twice if I looked for it in the cupboard, and then followed up by bringing 4 rolls 11 hrs later. They actually wrote they are not a hotel and don’t provide 24/7 service after I asked for a 1 night refund. Not being able to use a washroom in a property after 25 hrs travel day is a huge deal. Happy rental staff offered $20 euros as compensation.
