A chalet for two, ideally located in a quiet neighborhood just a 5-minute walk from downtown—perfect for a romantic couple looking to fully enjoy the valley. It features two balconies with views of Chamonix and the mountain ranges. This recently built chalet is decorated and furnished in a contemporary style. You’ll also appreciate the many amenities, the private garden, the available garage, and the nearby public transportation. Welcome home!
This 35-square-meter unit is spread over three levels and features a private garden and garage.
> On the first floor, you’ll find the living room (TV, Wi-Fi) with a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen. A balcony completes this level
> Upstairs is the bedroom (160-cm bed) and en suite bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). There is also a second balcony on this level
> The basement provides access to the garage as well as the laundry room (washing machine)
Centrally located, just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Chamonix. The same goes for the departure point of the aerial cableway to the Aiguille du Midi. For grocery shopping, there’s a Carrefour supermarket 200 meters away. Hiking trails start just a few steps away, such as the Plan de l’Aiguille trail.
It’s best to use public transportation to reach the Brevent ski area or the beginners’ area at Planards, both a 5-minute drive away.

As for public transportation, it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the train station (700 m), where you’ll find the Mont-Blanc-Express train, allowing you to easily explore the rest of the valley for free with our guest passes. The nearest bus stop is 350 m away.
