VicHaus Serviced Apartment

Location was good. Staff are polite. Cleanliness maintained.

A small wardrobe to keep clothes would have been appreciated,as it had been a 15 nights stay. Due to space constraints, the refrigerator in the room was unnecessary as the shared kitchen already had a refrigerator.

- Zimmer - Lage* - Ausstattung - Ruhe - Preis-Leistung *Metrostation und Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein top Foodcourt im Keller eines Einkaufszentrums neben der Metrostation fußläufig zu erreichen. (nicht zu verwechseln mit dem Einkaufszentrum gegenüber, was aber auch alles andere als schlecht ist)

Nichts zu beanstanden.

I was very satisfied to be able to stay there! Kitchen was not so big but it was not problem because we could buy food near the hotel. Swimming pool is also nice to cool down for hot days. It was nice to have terrace 6th floor, I just sit there. It is not easy to travel to Singapore for us but I would like to book there if I can go there again. Thank you so much!

The kindness and gentleness of the staff, it was homely property that felt very cared for, everything was very clean. It had windows that opened which I really liked and the rooftop garden was a lovely place to hang out. Joo Chiat where it's located has many trendy shops and also a big mall and hawker Centre close by that I enjoyed eating at.

I was experiencing significant allergic reactions during this trip, possibly partly due to the tropical climate, which I am not used to. The property appears to be a beautifully renovated heritage building, and everything was clean and fresh. Despite the staff’s kind efforts, including arranging an extra cleaning, I still experienced allergy symptoms. They graciously allowed me to cancel the remainder of my stay and even gave me a late checkout so I could rest before my flight. The staff were a class act throughout, and I would gladly recommend this property to anyone who does not have allergies like me.
