This place is unreal, had the most amazing time chilling here and just loving life. Can’t wait to be back as I will certainly be trying to get the friends to enjoy it again.
The electricity bill was higher than expected but it is a massive property so I guess to be expected. We were there for 4 nights and it was 3000 bht. Take that into account when booking

The pool and the bedroom
The fine print that does not appear on the mobile Bookings.com app that required a 10000 baht deposit and 8 baht per KW for electricity. These requirements were communicated by Whatsapp which I originally thought was a scam. One weeks electricity cost A$400. I will be pursuing a credit from bookings.com for this charge.
