Wunderschönes Haus im thailändischen Stil, detailreich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet (teilweise aber Modernisierungsbedarf), mit sehr viel Platz, richtig großem Pool und schönem Außengelände. Zum tollen Choengmon-Strand sind es fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls in der Nähe. Für sonstige Ausflüge findet man unten an der Straße immer ein Tuk-Tuk oder Taxi.
Während Schlaf-und Badezimmer im oberen Bereich wirklich gut waren, waren die Bäder unten eher schlecht (kaum Wasser aus den Wasserhähnen und auch sonst dringend Sanierungsbedarf). Viele gelöste Kacheln im Pool, kaputte Gardinenstangen, fleckige Vorhänge...etwas mehr Pflege und das Haus könnte eine 10 sein.
