Beautiful room, comforting and eclectic furnishings, lovely view over the pool, comfy bed, lots of electricity outlets, gorgeous spa and pool, Spice Den restaurant is fabulous ( service and food)

Not enough towels, 2 towels and no facecloths - not good enough for such a fancy location. Had to take away our rubbish and clean. Weren’t allowed to contact hotel staff as the room was managed by a letting agent so couldn’t get more towels and were made to feel like second class citizens on arrival.

The resort is well located and has a lovely onsite bar/restaurant called spice den. The pool and spa were great for relaxing. We were in walking distance to cafes shops and the beach. The room was well equipped and had a comfortable bed and was quietly situated with a nice sun filled balcony. There is an underground parking space that kept the car safe and sound. (Although the numbering of the parking space is bonkers so some instruction as to where to find it (in the first row next tow elevator 1 would be good) The decor is lovely and the apartment itself lovely very nice and comfortable for a weekend stay.

The shower is great but there needs to be a step build up at the edge of the shower or some extra towels or a mop for the floor as it floods all the way to the toilet. The little low patch job is not working. It was dangerously slippery in there and we had to use our shower towels to mop up (no mop provided) then wash and dry those towels daily so we had something to shower with. The WiFi wasn’t great.. we used our own phones data and the tv didn’t play our Netflix which was weird. Cos the app was there and it would get it up to the point of not being able to play the videos (maybe the quality of the pictures is beyond the realms of the tv). It would be good if the toilet light could be switched on in isolation. So you can have that on in the night to navigate to it in the dark. As it is you need to have the whole hall way (which affects you at the bed) and shower lit up for it to go on.
