the hosts left us a lovely basket of goodies for our arrival, this was a nice touch! awesome house just a 3 minute walk from the beach, great quiet location close to the local shops and restaurants. beautiful house, we’ll furnished with plenty of space to lounge around. Love that the property is pet friendly, the garden was perfect for the dogs. the swimming pool was great too.

only a couple of very minor things- the pillows were not great so I did not sleep that well, the red rubbish schedule only gets taken every 2 weeks which is not enough, quality of the bath towels also not that great. provision of basic cleaning items like Spray and Wipe would be good.

Modern build, plenty of space, excellent pool, well provisioned kitchen, comfy beds , light bright upstairs bathroom with double shower head, bikes to ride - lovely bike paths from Kingscliff to Cabarita- fantastic for kids .

Building construction noise next door starting at 6:30am but they are nearly finished the villas.

The accommodation was clean tidy and very comfortable, we had plenty of space. Location was great, close to the supermarket and walking distance to the beach.

I was disappointed we were not advised of the construction next door especially when we only booked a week prior, $500 a day to put up with building and construction noise and no privacy from builders working on the roof the of the construction literally on the other side of the fence from 7am to 3pm every day. We couldn't hear each other talk over the nail gun and hammering, it was uncomfortable and disappointing when all we wanted to do is relax and spend our time around the pool.
