De lokatie is super, je loopt in 15 min in het hart van Porto. Superschoon appartement, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Lekkere restaurants en bakkers om de hoek. Kortom heerlijke plek.

De dakterrassen zijn wat sober, kan misschien wat gezelliger worden gemaakt. Maar dat is een detail.

The property was clean and comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, the balconies were lovely - one had a great view! The location was great as it was 10/15 minutes walk to the centre, but far out to be nice and peaceful and a place to relax.

Ligging was perfect, rustig en toch dichtbij pleintjes en restaurantjes. 2 grote balkons, mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Alles prima

Location for us was very good, nice and quite with lots of local bars and restaurants. And about 20 min walk into town . The Apt support team were excellent , even got us a kettle , us brits like a cuppa tea most days. We like walking along the river into town, so excellent views from above the river.

Few little maintenance issues need sorting out . Rear balcony door handle keeps dropping off , and you can lock yourself out , so be very careful. Outside chairs/table need a good clean. A nice big 30cm bread knife would be handy . Front kitchen balcony door lock faulty, so we couldn't go out. Nit an issue for us, as used rear one. And when cooking the main apt electrical breaker trips, so you need to reset it for the whole Apt, this happened twice for us. Seems the actual kitchen circuit breaker did NOT trip? Maybe some instructions how to reset the electrical breaker might help? No lift on 3 rd floors , so lots of stairs, but worth it .
