Bright basement suite in the picturesque countryside. Welcome to Dark Horse Farm, located minutes from Cherry Point Beach, Cobble Hill mountain, Enrico and Cobble Hill Vineyard, and Arbutus Ridge Golf Course. This newly renovated ground level suite comfortably sleeps 4. Enjoy the hot tub, private bbq and views of the beautiful gardens and hobby farm right outside of your window. Compliant with B.C short term rental regulations!
Cobble Hill is filled with beautiful views of the country and hobby farms by the dozens. You can find many vineyards to experience, play a round of golf only two minutes away, Cobble Hill Mountain to hike or bike and of course the beach to stroll and relax.
Conveniently located 5 km away from Brentwood College and Shawnigan Lake Private Shool, and 6 km away from St. Johns Academy. Making us the perfect home base for when you are coming to tour campuses, attend school events or visit family!
We have two free parking spots at the house. The best way to get around is by vehicle. Public transport and Taxi's are very limited, we advise you to plan ahead! Note, this is a suite In a family home, we are mindful of noise but there can be noise from time to time from above.

This property was exactly what we needed after a busy wedding weekend in Victoria. It had everything we needed to relax for 3 nights. There was even a hot tub that we didn’t have a chance to use.

Excellent place to stay, highly recommend. Very clean, has lots of room and everything you need for your stay. Beds are comfortable. Our kids enjoyed petting the horse. Would stay there again if I travel to the area. Thank you very much!

Dark Horse VRBO was an amazing spot. Excellent location. A Vineyard steps away and Arbutus Ridge Golf Course steps away. Hiking trails in the area . We recommend Mill Bay Nature Park and Manley Creek. The hot tub was great and country view serene. Everything you need is in the kitchen : stove, microwave ,toaster, fridge…….. pots and pans etc. if you want some meals at home base. My rating for cleanliness a 4 on the list only because I am a very tough person to give a high rating in this area. It is more like 4.5 and my rating impacted by minor things like septic tank odour and outdoor things. The inside was very clean. A great stay at an affordable price.
