Pool and beach seating are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis, and the friendly resort staff is always happy to assist with general needs throughout your stay. While member‑exclusive perks are reserved for owners, the resort’s welcoming atmosphere and excellent amenities ensure a wonderful experience for every guest.

All Inclusive Options: An all-inclusive meal and drink plan is available directly through the resort for any confirmed reservation. The plan must include all guests staying in the same suite and must be purchased for a minimum of three consecutive days. You may add this at any time after your reservation is confirmed. The resort also offers a daily pool only all-inclusive plan, which provides unlimited drinks and select food options at the pool area.

Modification & Cancellation Fees — Please Read
The resort charges the following modification/cancellation fees:
Within 7 days of booking: No fee
8–60 days after booking: $50 ($100 holidays)
61+ days after booking: $100 ($200 holidays)
Within 30 days of arrival: $200 ($300 holidays)

Note: Reservations booked within 30 days of arrival are subject to the $200 fee ($300 during holiday periods). Resort fees are separate from Vrbo’s cancellation policy. Any remaining refundable amount will be handled according to the cancellation policy shown on your Vrbo reservation.

Additional Resort Fees
Guests are responsible for any applicable environmental, sustainability, tourism, or resort fees collected at checkout. Fees are not included in the VRBO rate and are subject to change.
The resort adds a shared gratuity of approximately 110–150 pesos per room, per night for the wonderful staff who help make your stay enjoyable. You’re welcome to adjust or remove it at checkout.
