Very disappointed. VRBO sold to me as a BEACH SIDE room. Hotel would not give me a BEACH SIDE room. Gave me a back side room and would not honor what I paid for even though I had a screen shot and a copy of my reservation. VRBO will be receiving a letter from me. This is not what I paid for. I had reserved this room 7 months prior for a whole week for my family for retirement birthday celebration. Very disappointed!
