The room was always clean and staff was so nice! The resort itself was so beautiful, we enjoyed our time here! However, I will say - we had some issues with things not working in the room, requests for refills were not always met when they said they were completed. There was a fight for pool chairs with people waking up as early as 4am to get the best spot. The speciality restaurants also were difficult to eat at if you didn’t get there 30 minutes before they opened to put your name down.

The room was beautiful, and clean. The staff was incredible, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend!
