Charming one-bedroom holiday home nestled in a quiet street of Malaga's old town.
The property takes it name from the street, Pozos Dulces, the freshwater wells that provided water to the many convents in the area.
This singular property is located in a traditional Andalusian building with charming interior patios full of colourful local plants.
The apartment is built on two different floors:
On the first floor, you will find a double bedroom with plenty of closet space and a full bathroom with shower.
The open-plan living and dining room area features tall ceilings and windows that give onto a picturesque winding street dating back to Muslim times.
You will find a couple desks to use as a working or reading space.
The fully-equipped kitchen offers everything one could dream of in a holiday home including a washer and dryer.
A spiral staircase leads you to the upper floor where you will find a quaint rooftop terrace with comfortable outdoors furniture to enjoy dinner al fresco or to chill out under the shade.
The outdoors deck is a great vantage point from which you will be able to enjoy picturesque views over the old town roofs and churches.
There is high-speed WiFi, air-conditioning and heating available throughout the property.
A parking space is available in a building nearby upon request.
NOTE: Construction is being undertaken in the adjacent building. Please expect some noise during your stay.

The apartment is the perfect basis for a relaxed stay in the city! The location is great, quiet but close to the shopping streets and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped with everything and the AC is quite powerful. The rooftop terrace is also a great spot to relax. We were very happy with this place!

The apartment was beautifully modernised in a lovely old building, in the heart of the Old Town, in a quaint narrow street, but close to shops and restaurants. The internal layout was well set out and perfect with a large roof terrace.
The only negative comment is no lift, so there is a two flight climb to the apartment and then the spiral stairs to the roof terrace, which was a challenge to two rather elderly people, but we managed it! Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped and comfortable flat. A bonus is that, although in the town centre, it was quiet at night.

The apartment is nice and well equipped, the terrace is great. The immediate surrounding might feel a little bit shabby but the location is very central, it is close to everything.
