About this house rental
This is a modern home, and you will have exclusive use of it.
It has two beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and a large, modern family bathroom. There is a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining room, family room, and a separate lounge.
We have locked off our master bedroom and office.
The home is comfortable and furnished with Sky TV in the family room, a smart T.V. in the lounge, two heat pumps, double glazing, HRV, and unlimited WIFI. It opens onto a sunny private patio with large sliding doors from the family room and the lounge. It is in a new subdivision in Te Awa, and you can walk to Napier Boys' High School, the aquarium, Marine Parade, Maraenui Golf Course, and a longer walk into town. In the garage, you will find a washing machine and a clothes dryer. It is north-facing, sunny, private, and fully fenced. It has everything you need to have a relaxing, enjoyable holiday all on one level. The house is professionally cleaned between tenants, and linen is provided.

Easy to book, brilliant comms from the host, super clean and tidy, EVERYTHING we needed was there, and comfy beds. Perfect all round really. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. We felt right at home. The beds were super comfortable and the place offered all the amenities we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It has a beautiful back garden where the kids can play and we can enjoy our meals outside when we wanted to. It’s also close to the beach and the aquarium. Averil was great to deal with and highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Napier!

House was was well appointed, with plenty of space to spread out. Well stocked, with plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc. Great location, with private outside space. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
