This place was amazing...such a warm welcoming and homey place to stay....beautiful on the inside and the deck was so nice....it was so clean and they have provided everything you will need for a great stay! I will definitely be a return quest.

Four friends looking for a place to stay near Kinkaid lake for a little fishing trip, and the place was perfect and the boat launch for Kinkaid lake is only 2 minutes away. The place had everything we wanted and needed. Very spacious and clean and the owner was very welcoming. We know exactly where we will be staying the next time we visit Kinkaid lake.
