About this house rental
I have a two bedroom that can sleep four comfortably. Main room with Queen size bed on the first floor and 2nd spacious room upstairs with pull out couch twin bed with foam topper. The living room has a three person couch, recliner and chair with ottoman. The dining room table with 4 chairs and bench seats 6, kitchen with most major appliances: refrigerator, microwave, range/oven, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker in an open concept three room area. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer for use.
Savannah is 15 minutes away while Hilton Head is 45 minutes. Saint Simon's and Jekyll Island are over an hour away. Charleston is less than two hours away.

The property was very clean and well equipped. We were there for less than 12 hours but it had what all that we needed during our stay and the host communication was prompt.

We stayed at the “My Humble Abode on the Savanah Coast” on our travels for family reasons. It was a very comfortable, cozy spot to get some much needed rest. And the tv was a nice size to watch our football team win!!

This is my first experience with short term rental that the host actually resides in the home. I was initially confused during communication with the host about this, but did receive clarification that they would not be in the home during stay. There are parts of the home that are not accessible to guest. The home was neat and clean. We stayed there without incident and our stay was satisfactory.
