About this house rental

Enjoy relaxing in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch home that is completely set up for your needs, no matter if you stay for a couple of days or a month or more. We've recently added a UV filter to the air system to provide you with a clean and safe environment for your stay. The house is in a neighborhood that's super quiet and very friendly. You're minutes away from Pooler, 5 minutes from Roebling Road, 10 minutes from Gulfstream, 15 minutes to downtown Historic Savannah, 45 minutes to Tybee or Hilton Head beaches. You'll enjoy being out of the hustle and bustle but super close to everything.

The house is monitored by a Ring Doorbell camera. Turning off the wifi or covering the camera will result in immediate cancelation of your reservation and no refund. Due to an allergy seafood can't be cooked in the home and doing so will result in an additional cleaning fee of $200. No parties or people other than the number listed on the reservation. The neighborhood is very quiet and we take pride in being good neighbors.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was made up to be so comfortable and inviting. We especially loved the front porch, where we sat and relaxed each evening. The house was also fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend you visit the Donut Shop on the corner. They have awesome coffee and it's within walking distance.

My family stayed here for a week and everything was as listed. There’s a lively donut shop about a two minute walk down the road which my family and I all enjoyed! It’s a quiet street and conveniently located to grocery stores, gas stations. The host was very responsive and welcoming. If we ever come back to visit, we’ll be sure to try and book again!

This rental is the best of both worlds, if you prefer a quieter location for your stay in Savannah! Only 20ish minutes from the sights downtown and 10 minutes from outlet shopping. And Olivia is super patient and responsive to questions.

This was the perfect house for a family of 5 (with 3 year old twins) to relax in during a quick visit to Savannah. Had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but still close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We were spending a few days in the Savannah area with out of town family. This was the perfect place to stay! Cute, quiet and away from the city, and big enough for all of us. The owners thought of every comfort and convenience to make our stay perfect. Even down to having it decorated for Easter and a gift of local cookies! We will put this one on our favorites list.

Having to combine a business/pleasure trip to the Savannah. This property really made it an enjoyable experience from the very beginning. It was nicely located to all points of interest while maintaining a very homey feel. Everything was well maintained and exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful vacation at this cute house. Very quiet neighborhood. Excellent location and not far from Savannah. The beds were super comfortable; it was the best sleep I've had in ages! Also, the bath towels were very soft and plush. We felt more like personal house guests than rental tenants. Olivia was a great host. She even surprised me with a gift bag on my birthday! We would definitely stay here again and hope we can next year.

Great space for the group we had as well as some nice yard to a couple outdoor games with the family. Nice quiet street so my nephew was never awoken up from any nap he was trying to take. Located conveniently about 20-30 minutes away from anything you could want to do all around Savannah.

Olivia was attentive and very responsive, but not intrusive. The house worked great for our purposes. Nice neighborhood and porch. No issues with wifi, plenty of extra towels and linens, and it was great having the washer/dryer. It was particularly great that there was coffee ready for our use before we could get to the store. All of the TVs work via Roku, which I didn't love, but maybe just because it is not what we are used to. A few mixing bowls would have been great to have in the kitchen, but we made due fine without them. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in town. Thanks!

Pulling onto the road was very much like taking a step in time to a simpler more idealistic suburbia. The lawn was well kept, the hostess was welcoming, and the house held all of the comforts of home. We were not terribly far from all the fun touristy stuff and we were walking distance to a doughnut shop and pizza!
