Spacious House Near Savannah Airport - 5 BR

House is spacious, lots of beds. Love the covered and screened in porch. Ping pong table in the garage was fun. Very family friendly.

Older house remodeled, some things still need to be finished. great work in progress but many interior doors didnt lock. Kitchen pots and pans need replaced.

Location was paramount. Easy access to eateries and close proximity to the highway. The beds were comfortable

Home in dire need of maintenance. Photos are misleading. Driving up to the home was immediately disappointing. -dirty exterior, untrimmed hedges, areas of loose/missing/hanging siding, needs a new roof (numerous shingles), front porch dirty, covered back porch FILTHY, ( from the furnishings to the numerous cob webs in every corner. The back door is not properly hung therefore doesn't close. Numerous UNLEVELED FLOORS and an EXTREMELY CHEAPLY attempt to renovate the kitchen. And the towels/washcloths ALL NEED TO BE REPLACED-they have run their course. And the shared upstairs bathroom tub area was horrific. I have 3 rental properties and I assure you, With attention to details, THIS COULD BE PRIME REAL ESTATE! But the owner has to invest in the upkeep.
