This is the perfect place, the Villa is calm and safe in a gated and patrolled community, you have everything you need at a short distance. There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. This house features only a Pool, the SPA feature is not available for this unit.
***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR***
We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost
If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ( Extra cost)
***PARKING AND GUEST ACCESS
The guest will have the entire house for themselves. This house has a drive way that can accommodate 3/4 cars and overflow parking 200 feet walk from the house.
ENCORE AT REUNION: We do not offer access to club house or encore water park with this booking. This is house use only.
***PET POLICY***
Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed
$170 Pet fee for each animal
Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.
Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
