The bedrooms were all very comfortable and everything was meticulously clean. The pool and hot tub were very much enjoyed as was the games room. Our host, Lynn was incredible about quickly answering and arranging to fix the few small maintenance issues that can be expected in any house even though she was on vacation in Australia. She went above and beyond to arrange for us the have a Christmas tree. I would highly recommend any family to stay in Lynn's house. There were 10 of us aged 14-74 and we all were very happy with the house, amenities and location. Thank you Lynn, for being an exemplary host

We've booked many vacation rentals through VRBO over the years, but this stay absolutely tops them all. Originally, we had a reservation with another host who canceled on us just two days before our trip due to unexpected property damage. We were stressed and scrambling—but then came Lynn and the Groovy Mouse House. Honestly, it felt like God placed her in our path.Lynn's home was not only available and more affordable, but her kindness, hospitality, and communication were off the charts. From the moment we booked, she made us feel welcomed and cared for—something we’ve never experienced quite like this before. Her place felt like home. Cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special.The amenities were amazing, and the location was perfect—close to Walmart, Publix, Keke’s Breakfast Café, and more. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips.I’m now officially spoiled—I told my family Lynn needs to buy homes in every city we travel to, because I don’t want to stay anywhere else ever again!Thank you, Lynn, for making our vacation unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Several disappointments:1- The door code did not work and resulted in maintenance having to come and reset the lock and code three times.2- The garbage disposer was not working and had food in it. We had to have maintenance come on Thanksgiving Day to replace it.3- The refrigerator leaked water underneath and out onto the kitchen floor. We had to keep towels on the floor around it.4- The house advertised as sleeping 16, which is true. However silverware was limited to mostly 10-12 pieces, which was an issue on Thanksgiving.5- The master bath shower on 2nd floor had a fixed shower head pointed at the door, which made it difficult to get into the shower without getting water onto the floor.6- The temperature was warm the first two days of our stay and A/C couldn't keep the house cool. All our guests complained and we did keep the temp at 72 as requested.7- The kitchen was poorly equipped- old and partially broken pots and pans and a limited supply of utensils.8- The master bath on the first floor had very low water pressure, forcing those guests to shower in another bathroom.8- On a positive note, the concierge service Jeeves, was absolutely fabulous! They were responsive, courteous, and professional. In the booking process up until our arrival, the owner was very responsive to our inquiries.Overall, we wouldn't rent this property again.
