About this house rental
Pack up the whole family and head for the sunshine here in Kissimmee! You can choose between parks/outlets/ or s staycation in this magnificent retreat. Orlando area is vast, choose your thrill. Before heading out for a full day of adventure, step out to the backyard, and you will find the private pool and covered patio that will make for a perfect place to enjoy a cold drink and soak up some summer fun. In the winter turn on the heat and enjoy hot hot pool with the family.

***POOL HEATING*** EAST FACING POOL There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. This house does not feature a SPA, only a pool
***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3. Also there is overflow parking about 250 feet down the same street. No street parking allowed. This House does not feature a movie room.
** BBQ GRILL We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)
**PET POLICY PET FEE OF $150 per pet. Only small dogs under 40 pounds allowed. Please inform us if you have a pet that is traveling with you. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged.
Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

The home was the perfect size for my family. The pool looks small, but it nicely accommodated my 12 person party. There are strict check in/check out requirements, just follow them and all is fine. There is a need to have the downstairs toilet snaked as it backs up continuously. The upstairs toilets take multiple times for all contents to clear. The property management company is responsive. They did call me right back after missing my call and sent someone out to assist. Make sure to bring your own wash cloths and towels.

I love everything about this house i didn’t have no problems with anything, also easy access to check in and they communicate very good. i would love to stay here again.

Mostly good. Advertise for 14. 9 in our group. Not enough plates, silverware for our group. Used plastic and paper. No microwave bowls, few serving bowls. Secure community.

Overall, the house is nice, but clean and pleasant. We had some issues with appliances and the owner tried to help but clearly, they keep it "no frills". We were the asked to collect towels, adjust thermostat which we thought was strange.
