Featuring SUNSET & SUNRISE views from Ocean to Bay! Walk to the beach for a relaxing day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then head back up to the boardwalk for a fun filled night! Watch the fireworks EVERY Wednesday from any of the TWO balconies + ROOFTOP DECK! FOUR (4) Beach Badges, 5 beach chairs, and a wagon all included!

Guests must bring their own linens. We supply Cali King bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, pillows, and all beds have comforters. BED SHEETS AND BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED. We have a service available that will provide all linens and drop off to the property on the day of your arrival - pricing varies please inquire for more details!
HOUSE RULES:
- Absolutely NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Only the number of guests listed on the booking are allowed. You will be asked to leave immediately with no refund for the remainder of your reservation if any violations of this rule are made.
- NO additional guests. There is a $250 fine associated per person that exceeds the occupancy limit.
- All guests on reservation must be at least 25 years of age. Age requirements do not apply to families with young children. Any person under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times throughout the reservation. The primary booking guest must be present throughout the entire length of the reservation.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. If a noise violation is issued you are responsible for the fine amount from the township plus an additional fine of $500.
- Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be considered.
- SmartTVs have access to MOST basic cable channels, limited channels available. Must sign into own TV
streaming accounts.
- Must sign rental agreement and security deposit to confirm reservation.
- Beach badges must be in home by check out time. They cannot be mail, shipped, returned, etc. You are
responsible for them and if lost you will be charged the amount for replacement.

Myself and group of 8 friends had an amazing stay! The house was perfect and looks exactly like the pictures. Everything was brand new and the decor was beautiful. The location was super convenient to the beach and boardwalk (1 block) with lots of restaurants. Bryana communicated well to ensure our check in and stay was seamless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend especially for groups.
