The hosts of this newly built, multi-level family home really have captured the coastal feel in every room of a simply delightful house.
From nautical themed art on the walls and linen on the beds, to the bright and colorful decor, there’s a freshness everywhere in this property which, with no less than 3 decks and a back yard, gives you every opportunity to embrace the great outdoors.
Located in a quiet and popular neighborhood, staying here puts you just two blocks from the bay and four from the beach, an ideal spot for a family looking to relax and have fun together.
There are 2 living areas in the house where you can do exactly that, one each on the first and third floors. The first floor sees an open concept sitting area, with dining table and modern kitchen, a space in which you can cook, eat and relax together, with access to a walk out deck area. Up on the top floor, the family room has a wet bar, more seating, and access to the roof deck, a great spot to enjoy sunsets at the end of another wonderful day at the Jersey shore.
After watching the sunset, time for bed will see guests make use of the home’s four bedrooms, with the master suite on the second floor having an ensuite shower room and access to another deck. There’s another bedroom on the second, plus one each on the first and third floors. Like both of the living areas, all of the bedrooms have 4K Smart TVs, so no one will be complaining that they can’t watch what they want in this house!
And no one should complain about having to wait to get ready for days out as there are four bathrooms with modern suites, each featuring a shower, toilet and sink (the master bedroom has twin vanities). Quality towels will be waiting for all guests to use.
Staying here is ideal for remote workers with a choice of desk and table space inside and outside of the house, plus a fast WiFi service all over the property. And you’re sure to feel at home, with many of the handy features you’d expect to find in a modern property here, such as a dishwasher, Keurig, and BBQ. And with space for 3 vehicles at the front of the house and in the garage, driving here is a great option.
As well as the beach and bay being within easy walking distance, you have restaurants and nightlife on the Seaside Heights Boardwalk and splashing thrills at Breakwater Beach Waterpark. Atlantic City is just an hour's drive away. Experience yet more thrills from the variety of water based activities that are available in the area, or slow down the pace with fishing, boat rentals and mini golf.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The house was immaculately clean and very well kept. It is also very close to the boardwalk. You will not be disappointed !

This was our first time to Seaside heights and so was little bit skeptical, considering we booked this place only in the spring. The house was perfect and was exactly as described in the pictures ! We loved the neighborhood and easy walk to the beach. Best part was the beach pass to the Funtown Beach where we we felt really special :) .We had a slight hiccup with regards to the house lock / access, but Jane and her team was able to quickly resolve. Another feedback is related to the messaging system in Vrbo where we experienced some timelag and delay in reaching out to the hosts. But overall great and wonderful experience for our family and made my daughter’s birthday special !! We will be coming back for sure !

We had a fantastic week in December visiting with family in the Seaside area. The house and bedrooms were warm and cozy in the midst of some frigid temps. Lots of privacy with second living level on upper floor allowed some space for 'working from home'. Kitchen was well stocked as we did a lot of cooking for the family. Location was great with easy access to both the beach/boardwalk and quick access to the bridge. Property manager was very engaging and quick to reply with very small issues. Highly recommend!
