We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia. We definitely would recommend staying here for a nice get-away.

We came to Hillsboro to attend a Bible Camp. This rental was in close proximity and was just perfect. Every detail was very nice. I wish we could rent it again next year but sadly it is already taken.

Spent two nights here while doing a fishing tournament on Rocky Fork. It was a very relaxing place to come back to each night after a long hot day on the boat. Super clean. The host was awesome. Had a little trouble getting the power to charge the boat batteries. They were out there within 10 minutes and resolved my issues. When using your navigation make sure you pick routes that keep you on major roads…. Wasn’t paying attention and ended up on a really narrow road. Again the hosts helped out and gave me some different directions for the morning and all was good. Will stay here again for the next tournament. The only thing I wish it had was a washer and dryer, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Washed my shirt in the sink and hung it outside to dry. 10 outta 10!!!!
