There is a reason we always stay here when we come to Wilmington to visit family and friends. We never have any issues with the host or property.

This house is adorable. It is decorated perfectly and was so comfortable. I slept better there than in my own bed. It is spotless and the host was very easy to work with. She answered my questions within an hour of sending them and made check in/out easy. She even had the lights on for us, the AC set to a perfect temp and a fan in the bedroom. Great stay!

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. However I did notice some things and will list. 1. The shower has tragically poor water pressure. 2. The overall cleanliness is good however small details seemed overlooked. For instance on the dresser in the room I was staying in it seems some fake eye lashes and contacts were left on the dresser. Quite icky. 3. The beds are not comfortable and quite old. 4. The neighborhood is somewhat sketch. Now there were some things I quite enjoyed like it's proximity to downtown Wilmington. The over all aesthetic is just gorgeous. The kitchen is easy to use and has a dishwasher!
