We had a great stay! The home is secluded and surrounded by nature with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The house is much bigger than it looks and sleeps large families very comfortably. Great place for a gathering!

Great property and plenty of space. Sleeps 10 comfortably with room for more (on some very comfy couches....). Friendly and responsive owner. Lots of stuff to do including, pool table, shuffle board (table), board games, DVDs, televisions, etc. Great kitchen for food prep for a group, including refrigerator in kitchen and basement. Outdoor space was great too -- screened in porch off of kitchen, fire pit and patio with grill near the woods, basketball hoop in driveway, and plenty of room for corn hole (comes with!). Parking is good for several cars. Picked location to be close to Historic White Oak Farm - just a couple miles away. Overall, great time with family and friends!

The property is a hidden gem - literally. The driveway to the property takes you up the path to a jewel that’s hidden behind the trees. Garage, laundry room, full kitchen with plenty of appliances and accessories. My favorite space was the master bedroom with sunroom and deck. Downstairs is plenty of room. We had a get together celebrating a graduation and family stayed comfortably in one of the 4 downstairs bedrooms of their choice. When I had a question, the host Ray was a phone call/text away and answered any questions. I would definitely love to come back when it’s not so rainy so we can enjoy the grill, deck and fire pit.

We found this place after losing our rental of 15 years due to a home sale. It was a convenient location and a great price. The large kitchen.and island made it perfect for spreading out food and drinks. The screened-in porch was nicer than we expected from the photo. The beds were very comfortable.Our main issue was having only overhead lighting in the living room and porch. A few lamps and side tables would have helped create a cozier atmosphere.Ray was responsive to any questions.

A beautiful, peaceful setting for Easter! Having families visit from Cincinnati and Columbus, the location was perfect! We had the chance to meet Ray in person and he was very welcoming and helpful! His home was great for entertaining! The lower level game area was a big hit! We definitely would love to go there again!

This was our fourth stay at this property. We're a group of adults on a writing retreat and we love how much room we have to spread out and work, but still places to gather and relax. As always it is spotlessly clean, and exactly as advertised on the site. It's a super quiet location but still close enough to whatever you might be in town for. The kitchen is plenty well equipped for whatever you might want to cook, and the screened-in porch is a delight. If you want all the details see my earliest review of this property, but the fact that we keep coming back says it all. Ray is a wonderful host and if this location fits your plans, you won't be sorry you chose this wonderful home.

We were in the area from MA, CT, CA for a family funeral. Not only was it fully stocked with anything we needed, and extremely comfortable; it was a home away from home and so comforted us all. We were able to gather all the family there to share memories, games and lots of healing. We all want to come back under better weather and situation conditions so we could more enjoy the outside areas.

Our family met up at this lovely home to celebrate the holidays. We enjoyed a special Christmas away from home. But, the warmth and welcoming setting truly felt like “home”. We enjoyed the game room and the peaceful surroundings. Also, plenty of space to spread out. Close enough to visit relatives and activities in Cincinnati. We had a fantastic stay at the rental in Morrow, Ohio! The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our three adult children and their spouses. They especially enjoyed playing pool and spending time in the bar area. The home itself is beautiful, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

We had a family reunion in the area and decided VRBO was the way to go. This house was amazing with all the rooms and open concept, upstairs and downstairs. Great views back off the road. Kitchen was very well stocked. Host was very nice and helpful. There was no WiFi, but not the fault of the Host. Great to be unplugged. There were plenty of things to do and play. Plus, an abundance of movies to watch if the games weren't enough entertainment. Very homey, lived in location. We'd stay there again for sure.

We had an incredible week-long stay at this perfect vacation house near the historic town of Lebanon, OH. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this home is designed with renters in mind. The house was spotless, well-organized, and full of thoughtful details that made our stay truly special. The amenities were fantastic—there’s something for everyone here. We enjoyed the cool collection of board games, spent hours playing pool, and even made use of the fitness equipment. The covered 2nd-floor patio was a favorite spot for morning coffee, and the basketball court provided fun for all ages. The large kitchen was a dream to cook in, with a big refrigerator and everything you need. The spacious living room was perfect for relaxing together after a day of exploring. The master bedroom was especially impressive, featuring a grand design and a luxurious bathroom that felt like a spa. The large windows throughout the house filled every room with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This home is ideal for two families, offering plenty of space and comfort. The owner Ray was incredibly kind and friendly, providing us with great tips on local bars, restaurants, and even a shady pickleball court nearby. I can't say enough good things about this place—it's truly a 5-star memory experience. We can’t wait to return!

We were visiting the Cincinnati area for a baseball tournament. This house was a perfect fit for our family of 5 plus my sister-in-law's family of 6. The kids loved the gameroom and the room to run in the outdoors. It's a very spacious home and the communication with the owner was excellent. We had a great time at the house and it was so peaceful. We drove to the local winery and visited Loveland Castle, both were an easy drive from the house. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to have a great weekend with family. The owner was super nice and easy to work with when booking the property. Access to the house was easy and enough keys were provided that each couple had one so we could come and go as we needed. 10/10 recommend this property if you want to relax and enjoy nature.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Private location, and had everything we needed. The code was not correct when we arrived but the owner responded very quickly and we were all set. We used this as a place to stay so we could go to Kings Island for a few days. 15 min from Kings Island, and about 40 to the Zoo. Huge master bed/bath upstairs, all other bedrooms in basement. Plenty to do for kids! Lots of tv, movie, and game options. We loved the shuffleboard and pool table downstairs and the basketball hoop outside. We would definetely stay again, thank you!

This is just an amazing home that will be hard to ever top. More rooms than we needed for our family with 5 kids, ages 3 - 17. Wonderful dining area, and we enjoyed playing games in the evenings, whether that be with the pool table or playing a card game. A beautiful location, not too far from Hwy 71. Ray was very responsive and so helpful during our 4 days/ 5 nights at the house.

This is our second visit to the property and it was stellar as usual. Ray is a fantastic host with excellent communication. The house is huge and secluded with a wonderful screen porch that puts you right in the woods. It's very quiet with no neighbors nearby. With a grill on the lower patio and a nice firepit, this is a great place to get away. Inside everything is super clean. The kitchen is big and well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms, soft bedding on each bed, and wonderful gathering spaces for your whole group. This was an authors' retreat, and we had plenty of room to spread out and each find our own space to write. If this location meets your needs, you will love this property. Can't wait to come back in September!

I have been using VRBO for nearly a decade. This is likely the very best value I have every found on VRBO. Master Bedroom is huge with huge adjoining bathroom. Upstairs is open and extremely useful with 2 big dining tables for eating or games and great TV room with huge couch & reclining seats. Downstairs if huge with 4 very usable bedrooms, pool table, shuffle board and other games; as well as, another huge TV & couch viewing area for the kids. This will become our family's get together site in the future

The house was wonderful, with lots of space and large rooms. Kitchen was nicely supplied, the whole house was very clean with plenty of room to enjoy ourselves. It was great to have the use of the garage for our automobile. I loved the solitude and privacy this property provided, with woods surrounding three sides of the house. Our sons and their significant others stayed with us at the VRBO. We had a very enjoyable stay. Ray’s place was spotless and had beautiful furnishings. He even put up Christmas decorations. We all loved the big sectional sofa to stretch out and watch Christmas movies. We made a big meal on Christmas and this house has a fantastic kitchen to cook in with all of the supplies you need. Not only was it stocked with everything we needed but there were Christmas decorations and games throughout truly making us feel like we were home.
