Video Cameras: There are security cameras placed outside of the property, one is the doorbell camera facing the driveway, the other facing the garage. The camera is battery-operated and the motion sensor is activated. The video footage is not shared and is recorded solely for security and liability reasons. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guests being evicted without a refund.

The house was big enough to accommodate my 20 guest. The floor plan and decorative rooms were nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need as well as the bathrooms. The pool at the house and the water park was a big hit also. Now the downside was the house was not well cleaned and needed some minor maintenance work. The carpet was dirty, the walls needed a paint job, and the floors in the game room were peeling. There was ants everywhere and spiders hanging from the ceiling. The first night there the next morning i woke up to some kind of bit and a swollen arm. Overall the house was nice and we made the best of it but management needs to come in and do a deep clean and maintenance some things.
