We arrived in Beautiful Bahamas to an amazing home away from home in this lovely, spacious, clean & modern condo, hosted by Silvina. Plenty of room for 3 adults with all the comforts of home. Fully featured kitchen with all amenities you would need (coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cooking needs, hair dryer, iron, etc.). Some staples are provided for you which is a nice touch (salt & pepper, some spices, coffee in the freezer). Large 5-gallon filtered bottled water is also provided. Fridge has an automatic ice maker. The location of this condo is perfect. Galleon Bay smaller pool with lounge chairs is literally 10 steps away from the unit’s outdoor patio space! It is a short 5-minute walk to the Beach, restaurant, membership office, coffee shop, etc.The 3-day minimum beach access (lounge chairs, beach towels) and pool pass (2 pools – 1 is adults-only) cost us 66 each. There is a free beach option, but you would need to bring your own chair/blanket, etc. Important to note that the office uses a cashless system, so remember to take your credit card with you when purchasing the passes. There are additional recreational activities (kayaks, bicycles, pickle-ball paddles & balls, etc., however these items carry an additional rental fee (per hour or day) that is not included in the 66 3-day pass. The owners of this condo do not have any control over these costs, as it is the policies of the Palm Bay facility.Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay, enjoy and relax!

We enjoyed the condo on our trip - we found it clean and easy.
We struggled with porch locks and largely left the condo unlocked after calling twice for assistance to lock up.
We also found the condo to have limited chairs (4) for the dining table, sparse kitchen supplies (ie one oven tray, no blender, two kitchen knives, etc). We had to go purchase a filet knife and borrow a blender. I was glad we had not had a chef come to cook with the assurance that the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment. The kitchen sink also leaked if the sink was filled.
The condo also desperately needs lights - lamps were missing bulbs and many rooms need lamps.
We found the hot water heater to be small gland would support 2-3 showers before going cold.
The gym and private beach access adds up quick as we spent about $700 additional dollars to have this added.
Overall - the hosts were lovely and responsive. We had a great time but the condo could be amazing rather than simply average or just below.
