Absolutely breathtaking accommodation, a very safe, private and quiet home away from home. You have free access to the pool located right outside your door and it’s an easy 8-minute stroll to 1500 feet of pristine white-sand beaches, passing a world class marina. Located in a gated and child friendly exclusive community of Palm Cay Marina & Beach Club, a 69-acre private community with beachfront and ocean views. Perfect destination and experience for a vacation of a lifetime!
The Condo is spacious and features numerous amenities that will make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable, including extra comfy indoor and outdoor furniture, surrounded with lovely Bahamian art work, barbecue grill, local telephone land line, safety deposit box, central air conditioning throughout and its own generator. The entertainment system includes two large flat screen TVs offering a wide range of cable tv channels, as well as free wi-fi, internet, music, an assortment of books and board games/puzzles. Enjoy a family game or movie night by settling into the extra comfy sofas or at the breakfast counter. No need to climb stairs as this Condo is located on the bottom floor. Two free car parking spaces are available.
Take advantage of our beautiful Island weather by soaking in the breathtaking view and fresh air while relaxing on the cushioned patio sofas facing a lush green garden. The table and chairs under the covered patio, equipped with ceiling fans, is a good place for evening drinks or a romantic dinner.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with top-of-the line appliances like stainless-steel refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooking range, oven, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, water cooler and all essential kitchenware. Enjoy delicious dinners at our 6-seater dining room table.
Laundry facilities, complete with washer and dryer, are located within the Condo for your convenience. Hair dryers and first aid kits are located in both bathrooms. Air mattresses available upon request. Housekeeping services can be arranged for an extra charge.
Kids will be thrilled by the community park and playground while outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy the tennis and pickleball courts and miniature golf putting green. Complimentary tennis/pickleball equipment, beach cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys and a collapsible wagon are provided for your use. Pack'n'Play, High-chair, Baby Car Seat and Baby Stroller rentals are available.

On entering we were impressed with how clean and bright the unit appeared. The rooms were uncluttered and the bathrooms were clean and simple. The pool outside the door was a plus and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and extras.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything our family could have asked for. It’s clear the host is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. There were plenty of activities around the marina to keep us entertained, and the beach was truly the icing on the cake. We will definitely return.

This as our second time staying here and will not be our last! Elvira is a great host and Palm Cay is a great location for accessing some of the best spots on the water.

The accommodations were fine, but you had to pay extra to use the amenities. That should have been stated up front. Big beautiful pool, can't use it. Enjoy drinks at the outdoors bar and sitting area, can't use that either. Beach area with sitting and covers, nope. Exercise room, sorry extra. Kicaks and toys, extra. We stayed there and only used the small pool. But really enjoyed our adventures around Nassau and Paradise Island.
Won't use this particular place again.
