"Our stay was absolute paradise! The location was perfect place for getting away from the resorts and cruiseships of the main drag of Nassau. It convenient, safe, quiet, and not far of a drive from everything Nassau has to offer. A huge thank you to our host, Winifred, who personally met us at check-in. She walked us through the entire condo to ensure we knew how everything worked and where to find everything, which made us feel incredibly welcome right from the start. Her hospitality really set the tone for a great trip! This place was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a family getaway. She has thought of every little detail to make you feel at home! She was responsive to questions from the start of booking up until the day we departed. She was available if needed during our stay. We did an add on for some of the days at the beach club which was convenient for some shade under tiki tables and padded layout chairs. They even provided beach towels and sunscreen, but Winnie also had beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas if you don't want to add that on. We also did the Pink Octopus for dinner and did enjoy the Starbucks at the local cafe onsite! If you are planning a trip to Nassau, look no further. We cannot wait to come back!"

This was our second stay at this villa and we'd happily come back again. The host was incredibly thorough during check in, taking the time to walk us through the property and all of the amenities, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.The villa is cozy, clean, and well decorated. It was the perfect fit for our family of five, especially since each of our kids had their own bed. We also loved having a comfortable living space where we could enjoy a slow morning together or unwind after a day out.Smart TVs are always a great bonus—they allow everyone to relax with their favorite shows. It really feels like a home away from home.One of our favorite features is the private beach. It was the perfect place to relax during an evening by the water, enjoy the ocean breeze, and watch the sunset. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay, we highly recommend this villa!

We had the most wonderful stay!! The Villa is just as described in the pictures and Winnie is so responsive and lovely. The Palm Cay club is about as perfect as it gets with beachfront and pool chairs and good food as well as fitness center, spa, etc. (note: the optional 25/day resort fee is worth it!). Unfortunately, no snorkeling equipment so you can’t snorkel right off the property unless you bring your own or buy it there and it is about 30 minutes to any sort of nightlife or restaurants but worth it because Fred the driver will drive you for a reasonable price. Also do pack shampoo/conditioner as the samples are very small and you will need to grocery shop for extra trash bags, paper towels etc if there for more than 2 days. The water is so beautiful and it is very safe!! We will be back!!

Winnie is the best! She made sure we had everything we needed. The place is spotlessly clean. We had wonderful time and beach is breathtaking! Would love to visit again and will definitely stay at this place whenever we visit!
