Quiet mountain retreat across from Purgatory base. 5-min walk to the lifts, bike park, and village. 30 min south to Durango. 3BR/2.5BA, sleeps 8, 2,400 sq ft. Private hot tub, full kitchen, gas fireplace, in-floor radiant heat, 2-car garage with 240V Tesla charger. Free shuttle in ski season picks up at the driveway.

Quiet family home, not a party rental. 25+ booker, no parties, no extra guests. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. Treat it like your own.

We have been coming to Purgatory to snowboard/ski for 20 years. We chose this place because it is right across the street from Purgatory. We stayed with friends and had kids from 4 to 15. Everyone loved the place! Pool table was a hit and we loved soaking in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. Place has a shuttle that comes to pick you up so no worries about having to load up a car in the mornings. Would definitely recommend.
