The house was nice. It has no ac, but it wasn’t really an issue as long as we opened the windows. I wasn’t a fan of how the hot tub is basically placed up against the neighbor’s hot tub with no privacy barrier in between, but it worked out because we used them at different times anyway.

We were initially impressed with this property’s ability to meet the needs of all of our children (2-17). The big kids stayed downstairs and there was enough space within the master to spread out our two toddlers so we could keep them close.The morning after we arrived, one of our children had a near-catastrophic ski accident and had to be airlifted to Colorado Springs with a parent. We opted to leave one parent and the other 4 kids back at this VRBO because the setup was so optimal for a family. I’m so glad we did because it was such a perfect sanctuary for those first early days of unknowns. We reached out to the management company to ask some questions about local resources and they were phenomenal!! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed as our child went through multiple surgeries and we were alone in a new place. We can’t thank them enough for checking in on us throughout our stay (and beyond) and making us feel so well cared for in a terrifying time. The home was beautiful and was so convenient to the slopes (for one day :() and to town. Our daughter had a miraculous recovery and can’t wait to hit the slopes! We look forward to seeing that sweet place again next year!

Excellent location right across the street from purgatory and a great view of the mountain. Comfy accommodations and game room downstairs was great for the teens. Grill and hot tub came in handy. Very clean when we checked in. Very relaxing. Overall made for a memorable vacation. Thanks.
