A cottage for 8 people, entirely on one level, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Living room with two sofas, two armchairs, flat screen connected TV, DVD player. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, extractor, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, senseo, toaster, mini-chopper, croque monsieur set and waffle iron. Crockery and kitchen utensil for 8 people. Dining table for 8 people. A pool table. In the kitchen washing machine, dryer. Cleaning kit and ironing board and iron.
Sleeping area.
A quadruple bedroom with four single beds 90x200, or two double beds 180x200, bathroom and toilet, with bath and shower. A double bedroom with a bed of 160x200. A double bedroom, bed 180x200 or two single beds. A shower room and a separate toilet with washbasin.
Private garden with a large terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, charcoal barbecue. Private swimming pool of 2.5m by 4m in the garden (1st water in May 2026).
Garden shared with the Grand Gîte Soleil with a petanque court and playgrounds, trampoline, swing, ping pong table, football goal, badminton net, large private parking.
