The Owner greeted us, and was overwhelmingly nice. He gave a great tour, and suggestions for our next trip/stay with him. Could not have been a nicer experience

We had a wonderful time at Admiral’s Quarters and wish we’d had one more night to spend in Boothbay Harbor. Our room was cozy and the two levels made it perfect for our family of four. The location was fantastic and John always had great recommendations for things to do or places to eat.

We had a great time and location is perfect. Property management (Mary) was excellent.
Only drawback is that listing doesn’t state that kitchen and living room area are common areas.
No problem in our case because we had it to ourselves.

This is a wonderful old place in a perfect location.
The lower rating is because we mistakenly believed that it was a standard VRBO with private kitchen & living room. What you have are hotel rooms with shared kitchen, dining, & lounge areas. There are photos of these in the property description but I didn't pick up that they weren't private. My bad!
The property manager, Mary, was super helpful.
