About this house rental
Enjoy true mountain living at BearlyThere! Perched high in the Bitterroot Mountains you'll have incredible views of the valley below, along with quick access to great trails like Bear Creek Overlook, Bear Creek Trail, and Gash Point just waiting to be explored! The home is furnished with high end appliances and decorated with art from local artists. With 3 bedrooms there is plenty of space for the family to spread out although you'll likely be wanting to spend your outside taking in the views
We have a smart lock installed to allow contactless check-in. We are happy to interact as little or as much as our guests would like. We are passionate about Montana and happy to share our favorite places and activities with our guests.

With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.
3 bedrooms 2.5 baths in a recently built home. 2 bedrooms are on the lower level and loft on the 3 floor.
no local transit- access via vehicle only
To reach the home you have to drive several miles up a forest service road (gravel/dirt). It's about a 15-20 minute drive into town.
2 bathrooms are shower only. The 3rd is a half bath.
As an extra service to our guests, we can provide a baby high chair and/or pack-n-play travel bed, upon request, free of charge.
Trash: Trash is located at the bottom of the hill, when you reach the pavement. Bin # is RPC-371-3901.

We stayed further out than we would have because Missoula was impossible to get a hotel. It’s a great property, wish we would have had more time to do the hikes the hosts outlined in the guide. Wasn’t the trip for it but if you’re in the area to explore and get the remote mountain this is a great property. The cabin is stocked better than the guide promises.

Three level house next to National Forest. So quiet. Beautiful view from the deck of the valley. Well stocked house. Extremely clean.

The cabin offers gorgous views of the Bitteroot Valley, a variety of luxurious ammeniities (easy laundry, gourmet coffee, local beer and more). We saw wildlife, picked hucleberries, liked local trails, and joined the creamery picnic festivities and made delicious food in the fully equiped kitchen and enjoyed watching movieswhile snuggling in front of the fireplace.
