About this house rental
Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. 2 to 3 miles to Bitterroot River, grocery stores, downtown Hamilton shops & restaurants, Parks, Pool, Hamilton Playhouse, Hamilton High School Bitterroot Performing Arts Center, Farmer's Market, Wine Bars/Breweries, Bikes, Ski & Snowshoes rentals. Duck Pond & 1 1/2 mile past that is the beautiful Hamilton Golf Course. 15 min drive to Lake Como & 40 mins to Lost Trail Powder Mountain & Chief Joseph Cross Counyry trails and
Warming hut.
Upstairs
*The living room has a gas fireplace, a 65" smart TV, and beautiful views of our Bitterroot Mountains out of the windows and from the front porch.
*The kitchen is fully equipt with dishes, pots/pans, Baking dishes, 2 coffee makers, an air fryer, and much more.
*Patio-has a charcoal Bbq grill, a round table with 4 metal chairs, a light-up umbrella, and 4 extra chairs, there are strands of outdoor lights that make it relaxing to sit outside in the beautiful summer evenings.
*The master bedroom has an attached full bath with a jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, 2 sinks, a walk-in closet, an electric fireplace, a 55" smart tv, and an adjustable queen bed.
*2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 2nd full bath is 2 steps away & has
a full vanity, tub/shower combo, and lots of storage.
Basement
The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed & 3rd full bath has a pedestal sink, shower/tub combo, and lots of storage.
*The 2nd living room has a smart TV, 2 full size futons, a recliner, large electric fireplace with a heat option, 45"' smary TV & a foosball table.
*The office has a desk, chair, printer, elliptical machine, and a full-size futon.

Welcome to use the provgut provision such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, kitchen baggie's etc, if you run out of those items they can be purched at 1 of our 4 grocery stores. You are not responsible to leave any of those items.
*The patio and large fenced-in back yard, cloths line in the summer.
*Check-in is at 4:00 pm check-out is 10 am.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes available, let me know if you might need these options and depending on the schedule, we will try to accommodate your request, just let us know.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. It had everything our family needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We stayed here with my in-laws, an infant, and a toddler — it was truly perfect for a family. The house was incredibly clean and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a stunning view of the mountains. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and make memories together. The host communicated with us well in advance. We needed a slight change with our reservation which we found out a couple months before check in. Host worked with us to get the change taken care of. In the days before the check in she ensured we had received the instructions. She provided us contact information and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything. We had a question about the AC thermostat, which she responded to right away and explained what to do. She was so incredibly helpful. We highly recommend this home and would happily stay here again!

Something in the basement made it super noisy. Seemed like water pipes or something. They were clunking all night long making it impossible to sleep. Once fixed, I would say this place is worth staying at. But without that, forget trying to get any sleep.
