Holiday Home 'Casa Di Ta' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

In the center of San Remo ( 2 min walk from the "Ariston" theater), the vacation home "Casa di Ta" has a sea view. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, the well-equipped kitchenette, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can thus accommodate 4 people + an additional cot in case of need.* Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV, air conditioning, heat pump and a washing machine. The property is located close to the beach. The walking path to the apartment involves an ascent and a staircase of about 300 meters, to reach the front door passing on the entrance terrace of the apartment you climb 4 steps. Please note that the accommodation is located in the historic centre of a medieval village, in a pedestrian area, and is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking or in wheelchairs, and cannot be reached by car. Free on-street parking or/and paid parking spaces are located 300-700m away. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed for a fee. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed in the house. This facility has guidelines to help guests properly sort waste; more information is provided on site. This facility has energy-saving lighting. A shuttle to/from Nice airport and San Remo train station is available. A grocery service can be provided.
