The Sands is a great location on Marco. Beautiful grounds, swimming pool, hot tub and grills. The condo is spacious and owner was quick to respond when we had a minor plumbing issue. We would definitely go back but can’t find anything available at The Sands next March. We had a great time.

We were so happy with our stay at The Sands of Marco! The views from the condo across the property were beautiful, and at sunset, they were breathtaking. The unit itself felt like home from the minute we arrived and had everything we needed to have an amazing vacation: a fully stocked kitchen, roomy sleeping quarters multiple TVs with a huge variety of channels and all the equipment we needed for our daily walks to beautiful Marco beach. We met so many amazing people, mostly owners and repeat renters who shared their love of The Sands whenever we spoke. We were made to feel so welcome and enjoyed morning pickleball, time at the pool and the weekly themed happy hours/dinners. We will be back!!
