This condo is in a perfect location...close to shops, restaurants, the beach! Renting in Dec assured less crowds and more quiet which is what we were seeking. The positives of the condo-matched the listing, very little wear/tear and plenty of space, lots of closet space, kitchen well stocked, nice screened-in patio, wonderful and clean pool maintained daily, pleasant neighbors. Some suggestions-cleaning not the best...but we are somewhat meticulous, especially during COVID-times. Bathroom floors and kitchen floors not as clean as expected. No towel rack in master bath sink. If you own Roku/Kindle Fire take it as not a “smart TV”. Some issue with WiFi before checkin, but Nicki was very responsive with the owner to resolve quickly which we appreciated! Overall an excellent choice on Marco Island!
